Gite Accommodation
Large open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining area and lounge with wood burner.
Ist Floor - Bedroom with double bed en-suite. shower room/toilet.
2nd Floor - Bedroom with two single beds.
Large paved patio for occupiers` sole use.
BBQ sunbather, large table and chairs.
Low season ( Sep 2011 - June 29th 2012 )............................320 euros per week
High season ( June 30th 2012 to September 1st 2012 )........450 euros per week
Low season ( September 2nd onwards................................320 euros per week
Heating included in low season rates
Part weeks by negotiation out of high season.
The gite sleeps four. You can also book the chambres d`hotes as part of your accommodation.
This will be 100 euros extra per week for a room with two single beds. Breakfast will not be included at this price.
The prices, in high season, will therefore be:
With one extra room - total 6 people - 550 euros
With two extra rooms - total 8 people - 650 euros
With three extra rooms - total 10 people - 750 euros
A deposit of £100.00 is required on booking. This will cover cancellation, breakages
and cleaning costs. This deposit will be returned when the property has been vacated
assuming that there is no major damage and that the gite is left in a clean and tidy state.
Should you not feel like cooking, a quality evening meal is available in the dining room
for 22 euros per person, wine included. See menu and comments.
